The RollSeal - A1 Ultima 65 Heat roller design applies pressure and heat simultaneously to provide a permanent bond and complete edge sealing without scratches. A new infrared heater design gives even better heat distribution for improved lamination quality. Silicone rubber rollers prevent adhesive build up and reduce cleaning time. Film roll alignment guides reduce loading time whilst easy load film, heated rollers and a slide-away bar make loading this machine very easy.
New features for 2017 include: Up to 50% faster loading. AutoGrip Shafts to help place standard easier and faster. Pivoting Table for easier access when changing. Attached Idler Bar for easier threading. AutoSpeed to always laminate at the right speed. Rear Stop Button to easily stop the machine while viewing output. Footage Counter to conveniently track usage. Extended Exit with Shaft Hooks to reduce the chances of wraps and provide storage for AutoGrip shafts. Open Design for improved access when changing or clearing. Slow Forward/Reverse Button that works even when heat shield is open.
Ready and Wait audible and visual signals alert the operator as to the laminator's status to reduce errors. A reverse function on the control panel helps in case of a jam. Variable speed and temperature controls allow for variation in product and film thickness. An exclusive retractable trimming blade cuts the film both cleanly and safely, whilst an interlocking feed tray and roller shield promote safe operation.
