The Ideal 4350 Electric Guillotine with Automatic Clamp is a Professional all metal construction, table top model with a 430mm cutting length which cuts up to 500 sheets of paper or 40mm of bound brochures on a table depth of 435mm. Supplied with an electronically controlled true two-hand operation with 24 volt low voltage control and patented Ideal safety drive which includes automatic blade return from every position and a disc brake for instant blade stop

The 4350 Guillotine features "SCS" which is a ''CE'' compliant, Safety Cutting System made by IDEAL that provides numerous safety features including a hinged, electronically controlled safety guard on the front table, a mains switch and safety lock with key, an electronically controlled two hand operation with 24 volt, low voltage controls, IDEAL patented safety drive system, and an automatic blade and clamp return from every position plus disc brake for an instant stop in an emergency. The 4705 also incorporates a very safe and easy blade change device which covers the sharp cutting edge, and a blade adjustment from the outside of the machine without the need for removing any machine covers.

The high quality cutting blade, made of Solingen Steel is housed within a secure and safe solid steel blade carrier which has a patented fast flick action clamp. The automatic Clamp and Blade are actuated via two push buttons on the control panel, providing a safe two-hand operation and complete safety for the operator.

Other features include a blade depth adjustment, cutting stick turning or replacement from the outside of the machine, a side lay with measuring scale, a digitally guided spindle back-gauge made of cast aluminium which has a fine adjustment of measurement with calibrated scale on the back-gauge handle, and transparent safety guards made from unbreakable plastic on the front and rear table. A metal stand is available as an optional extra.
