The Ideal 5255 Guillotine is equipped with the new, patented EASY-CUT blade activating bars for convenient and safe cutting. The ergonomic working height of 94cm guarantees effortless, fatigue-free operation and comes with a comprehensive SCS safety package. Other features are, an electronically controlled safety guard on the front table, safety cover on the rear table, main switch and safety lock with key, electronically controlled two-handed operation, 24 volt controls (low voltage), and patented safety drive. The automatic blade and clamp return from every position, disc brake for instant blade stop, blade changing device with covered cutting edge and blade depth adjustment from the outside of the machine. The blade and cutting stick can be changed easily from the front of the machine without removing covers.
